Ms. Yumiko Hamano and Dr. Surya Raghu were speakers at the National Workshop II on IP Management and Technology Commercialization in Manila duringApril 10-13, 2018. This workshop was conducted under the auspices of the Philippines IP Office in collaboration with WIPO and the Japan Patent Office (JPO). The workshop was attended by technology managers of about 10 Universities in Philippines and several industry representatives. There was excellent interaction between members of the academic tech transfer offices and the industry representatives. Other speakers included Dr. Richard Cahoon, Eric Deleglise and Mr. John Fraser
